Prepping for the Show

Let's get ready!
In the two pictures below, you can see our after-school production crew preparing hollywood-style flats in the Bell Studio Theatre. Our theatre facility is only 60% complete. So until the wing of building with real dressing rooms is built someday, we have to construct our own makeshift dressing rooms inside the Studio Theatre. Of course, these structures put the Studio out of commission during the musical. It's a real pain in the butt to have to do this, but in this economy I guess the actors will have to "rough it"!


By the way, these flats will get back-painted with donated "slop" latex paint as an inexpensive form of flame retardant. (Click photos to enlarge).
